EnergyBroker facilitating an innovative Corporate Power Purchase Agreement (CPPA) between Cushman WakeField and Flogas Enterprise
Kildare Innovation Campus
Home to Europe's DeepTech Valley, various companies such as Nikon Precision Europe, MGS Ireland, Mercury, Hewlett Packard Enterprises, Cully Automation and DXC Technology as well as tech giants Google, Meta, Apple and Microsoft.
To ensure the success of a CPPA, three key components are essential: the visionary developer, Cushman Wakefield; the dedicated supplier, Flogas Enterprise; and the adept balancing and shaping ally, EnergyBroker.
The brief
Cushman Wakefield believe that the energy transition to address climate change is a significant and essential undertaking for all of society.
To align with this vision, their director of operations enlisted EnergyBroker's expertise to analyse Kildare Innovation Campus electricity and gas requirements and provide 100% green energy where available in accordance with the company's sustainability policy.
The annual consumption of energy is 18 Gigawatt hours (GWh) of electricity and 12 Gigawatt hours (GWh) of gas.
